Resource Filter with Tiered Taxonomies
Challenge
The routing system on this site was built by another developer many years ago, and I have been maintaining/repairing/improving it for a handful of years.
The site supports somewhere over 10,000 thousand users, and the clients have needed updates to their ecommerce system (coupon codes, user-leves, etc.), edits to their information hierarchy (new categories, subcategories, sub-subcategories), and maintenance on an aging filtration system.
